Patriot Equine Technical Rescue was thrilled to lead two and a half days of equine technical rescue practice with the Ipswich Fire and Animal Control Departments, members of the Essex County Technical Rescue Team and SRH Veterinary Services large animal Veterinarians.
A great group of rescue professionals utilized our sizeable equipment cache to work together on trailer extraction skills, moving recumbent horses from terrain and stalls, simulated swimming pool extrications and vertical lifts with our Becker Sling.
A very grateful thank you to farm owner Anne Hezzey (and to her very capable equipment operator, Will, as well!) for enthusiastically offering up her beautiful facility to this sizeable crew and for assisting during scenarios as well!
