“To honor and encourage the spirit of community caring awakened by the tragic events of September 11, 2001,” Harvard Pilgrim created a special fund to help employees direct mini-grants to qualified community or charitable programs which seek to improve “the places we live, work and play...”
To a horse in distress due to entrapment, illness or injury, these generous and much appreciated donations will make a huge difference, fully 100% of which will go directly to funding the purchase of additional and much needed rescue equipment and toward actual technical rescue operations.
